   Customer satisfaction is important to us! Orders that are prepaid through PayPal will be shipped within 1 - 2 business days if all items are in stock. Orders paid by cheque or money order will be shipped when the payment is processed. If there are any problems with your order when you receive it please contact us by phone or e-mail as soon as possible.

   If an item is out of stock, we will ship partial orders and ship any out of stock items as soon as they become available.

Returns:

   If you are not satisfied with an item or if it is damaged during shipping, you may return it for replacement or credit within 30 days. If you would like a refund on your purchase, your item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the invoice date.

Shipping:

   We have the most reasonable shipping policy, charges are automatically added into your order during checkout.

USA Orders:

   We receive and appreciate our many orders from our American friends but as of December 1, 2007 we are asking that you place a minimum order of $25 (Twenty-Five Dollars) if ordering from any of the States.

International Orders:

   We have a minimum order of $50 (Fifty Dollars) for all International orders.
